For service and repair, Brewer Yacht Yard at Mystic - like all Brewer yards - is in a class of its own. The experienced technicians of the mechanical, fabrication, fiberglass, carpentry, rigging and paint shops stand ready for any conceivable repair, improvement or refit. Service staff are trained and certified on a regular basis to meet the ever changing advancements of the marine industry.

| MECHANICAL |

Mechanical service is provided for repairs, installation and replacement of a varied array of equipment, including engines, running gear, refrigeration, air conditioning, plumbing, electrical and hydraulic systems. |

CARPENTRY & WOODWORKING |
| |
We can take care of everything from the smallest gelcoat repair to major rebuilds. We regularly undertake such projects as cabin sole replacements and port light and hatch re-bedding and replacement. We can add or modify cabinets to help maximize storage space or add an entertainment center.
Our on-site carpenter has over 10 years of experience and can also perform traditional wooden boat work from framing and planking to canvas and teak decking repairs and installations. We can also take care of re-fastening and traditional caulking.

| PAINTING AND BRIGHTWORK |

Teak and mahogany look so much better with seasonal maintenance! No matter how much brightwork your boat might have we would be glad to keep it looking its best for you. We also regularly undertake large brush painting jobs and we have two technicians on staff educated in gelcoat repair. |

RIGGING |

We are capable of everything from the simplest repairs, such as cleaning and servicing winches, to installing new roller furling units for both headsails and mains. Either in-mast or in boom… we can also handle deck hardware alterations and layout designs to help make sail handling easier. We can also handle new life lines, running and standing rigging replacement… and we are always happy to tune your rig for optimum sailing performance.
Remember, preventative routine maintenance on your rigging and hardware will greatly enhance your boats’ safety and value. Routine maintenance will add to your enjoyment of time on the water plus save on costly repairs.
