At Brewer Sakonnet Marina, there are two separate dock areas only a stone's throw apart. Sakonnet South has 125 slips. Sakonnet North, with 189 slips, is tucked into Cedar Island Pond, which is entered by a small inlet from the Sakonnet River. There in Brewer tradition, you'll find plenty of amenities available for Brewer Sakonnet Marina customers. The marina features floating docks, with all the modern conveniences, which you would expect to find in a first class facility. Dock staff are always within a radio call, and are ready to help you with your every need.

North Dock Layout

We have the following storage options available:
Inside storage ~ Two buildings in our North Yard are used for inside storage. The storage facilities are not heated and inside storage is charged by the square foot; all commissioning is done by the yard for spring and winter work - no exceptions. All inside stored boats will be covered in plastic. Customers are not allowed to work on their boats inside due to insurance reasons. Wet Storage ~ can be handled in either our North Yard or South Yard; we meter the electricity during the winter; wet storage customers must pay for storage before occupying the slip, proof of insurance must be provided. Live aboards are allowed, however absolutely no electric heaters are to be used. Outside Storage ~ is available in both the North & South Yards; most boats under 30' are stored in our South Yard. We do stand checks throughout the season. We also have a battery storage shed specifically designed for storing and charging batteries throughout the winter months. Mast storage ~ is accommodated outside in both yards and masts can be wrapped in plastic by request. Outdrive & Outboard Storage is available both inside and outside of the heated mechanic shop.

Please Note:  Do not tie any covers to the boat stands, when it gets windy the covers act like sails and can cause the boat to fall over and have a domino effect.  Also, do not lock ladders to the stands.

Brewer Customer Club Cards entitle slip and storage customers to free and discounted transient dockage and discounted fuel at all Brewer Yacht Yard facilities.
