This commitment for customer service is shared by the entire organization: from the seasonal summer staff, service crew, and office administration, through to our marina managers and the highest level of our leadership.

Brewer Yacht Yard Executive Team

	Jack Brewer, Founder and President of Brewer Yacht Yards Jack Brewer oversees all operations at our 22 New England locations. He visits each yard frequently to ensure that customers are being served at the highest level with the most modern facilities. A lifelong boater, Jack has built a network of facilities that excel in delivering every service needed to make the most of the yachting lifestyle. (914) 698-0295
	Rives Potts, Vice President and General Manager In addition to serving as General Manager at Brewer Pilots Point Marina, Rives Potts works closely with Jack to ensure smooth operations at all Brewer yards. His experience in every dimension of boating makes him an ideal operations chief and corporate officer for Brewer Yacht Yards. A graduate of the Virginia Military Institute with an MBA from the Darden School, Rives also serves on the Board of Trustees of The Landing School and is Rear Commodore of the New York Yacht Club. 	James Phyfe, Vice President James is a graduate of the Merchant Marine Academy and earlier in his career spent several years aboard ocean-going tugboats. Since 2005, he has been part of the Brewer Yacht Yard family, working with Jack and Rives on day-to-day operations. (401) 884-1810
	Lana Gaston, Comptroller Lana joined the Brewer team in 1985 as Office Manager at Pilots Point and has served as Comptroller for the Brewer organization since 1995. Lana's calm demeanor, attention to detail and accounting skills make her an ideal overseer of the company's finances. (860) 399-7906
	Tim Hinckley, Manager IT Department Tim came to Brewer as an employee in the Parts Department and gradually took responsibility for the company's growing computer network. Tim has been responsible for much of the adoption of our current IT systems as well as the Brewer website and operating software. Working closely with Tim on the BYY IT infrastructure are Peter Aurigemma and Christopher Ganim. (860) 399-7906

The Brewer Yacht Yard managers have an average of 29 years of marine industry experience; with 21 of those years specifically working with a Brewer yard. Many of the managers have grown with the Brewer organization over the years, and have made the Brewer family the success that it is today.
