Rives Potts, General Manager and Vice President
In addition to serving as General Manager at Brewer Pilots Point Marina, Rives Potts works closely with Jack to ensure smooth operations at all Brewer yards. His experience in every dimension of boating makes him an ideal operations chief and corporate officer for Brewer Yacht Yards. A graduate of the Virginia Military Institute with an MBA from the Darden School, Rives also serves on the Board of Trustees of The Landing School and is Rear Commodore of the New York Yacht Club.
Bruce Chappell, East Yard Manager
Bruce joined the Brewer family in 2003. As East Yard Manager, he oversees the daily operations of the East Yard at Brewer Pilots Point Marina. He enjoys the challenges and the rewarding work that are a part of his job. In his spare time, he enjoys sailing.

Bob Connell, North Yard Manager
Bob joined the Brewer family in 1974, bringing with him prior experience as a Paint Foreman. As the North Yard Manager, he oversees the day-to-day operations of the North Yard at Brewer Pilots Point Marina. In his spare time, he enjoys sailing, snowmobiling, and camping.
Tammy Malcarne, Office Manager
Tammy joined the Brewer family in 1998. She has held several positions within the yard since then and ultimately became the yard's office manager. As Office Manager, she is the yard’s primary administrative contact, overseeing all office activities that keep the business running smoothly. Some of her responsibilities include employee administration, customer billing and account management, and accounts payable administration.
