Rod Swift, General Manager
Rod joined the Brewer family in 1985, bringing with him years of experience in the marine services industry. As General Manager, he oversees the day-to-day operations of Brewer Stratford Marina. He enjoys working and being on the water. In his spare time, he likes to go sailing and skiing.

Shari Herman, Office Manager
Shari joined the Brewer family in 2004, bringing with her prior experience in the marine industry. As Office Manager, she is the yard’s primary administrative contact, overseeing all office activities that keep the business running smoothly. Some of her responsibilities include employee administration, customer billing and account management, and accounts payable administration. In her free time, she enjoys going to the beach, gardening, and watching her son drive his quarter midget race car.
