	Jeremy Maxwell, General Manager Jeremy joined the Brewer family in 1992, originally serving as the Service Manager in the South Yard for the last 21 years. During this time, he has developed leadership and team building skills that he will rely on in his new role as General Manager. "There will be no sense of entitlement. This is an exciting opportunity for me to take the lead in steering Pilots Point's growth, as a marina and service center. Customers can expect more of the same: a commitment to customer service and operational performance."
	Bob Connell, North Yard Manager Bob joined the Brewer family in 1974, bringing with him prior experience as a Paint Foreman. As the North Yard Manager, he oversees the day-to-day operations of the North Yard at Brewer Pilots Point Marina. In his spare time, he enjoys sailing, snowmobiling, and camping.
	Tammy Malcarne, Office Manager Tammy joined the Brewer family in 1998. She has held several positions within the yard since then and ultimately became the yard's office manager. As Office Manager, she is the yard’s primary administrative contact, overseeing all office activities that keep the business running smoothly. Some of her responsibilities include employee administration, customer billing and account management, and accounts payable administration.
	Chick Michaud, Purchasing Manager Chick joined the Brewer family in 2000, bringing with him 20 years in marine retail experience. He is the Purchasing Manager for Brewer Pilots Point Marina. In his spare time, he enjoys boating, fishing, hunting, and traveling.
	Kristopher Schmid, Dockmaster Kris, as the Pilots Point Marina Dockmaster, works to ensure that your boat is safely stored and cares for all of your boating needs while on the docks. He has worked in the marina industry in many capacities over his long career and has specialized knowledge in marina operations. Kris has held many marine mechanical certifications and has hands-on experience with marina construction. He has maintained a 100-ton USCG Captain's license since 1988. He enjoys scuba diving and boating with his family.
	Amy Schmid, Events Coordinator Amy joined the Brewer Family in 2012 as our new Events Coordinator. She is our "Cruise Director" who works to ensure all Pilots Point customers are having a good time. Amy plans all of the marina events, making sure there is always something fun to do for everyone. She has worked in marina management for several years and also holds a Master's Degree in Management.
