SERVICE
	With approximately nine acres of land and 23,000 sq. ft. of indoor storage space, we maintain a fleet of 400 yachts, servicing the North Fork and South Fork, as well as Sag Harbor and East Hampton. We have a good reputation; offer complete mechanical, electrical, rigging, carpentry, finish, and fiberglass service; and are considered ?the place to go? for engine and bow thruster installations, carpentry work, keel modifications, and paint work. Though we are particularly well-known for our skilled carpenters and diesel mechanics, we consider our strength to be in our ability to handle all types of jobs.

FACILITIES/EQUIPMENT
	With a 70-ton travel lift, a 20-ton travel lift, a 20-ton hydraulic trailer, a roll-off trailer, a hydraulic mast hoist, and a mobile manlift, we are well-equipped to handle the needs of most any yacht. Our buildings are meticulously maintained and include an insulated, fire-protected work/storage shed; a well-lit, state-of-the-art rig shop; and a heated, fully-ventilated work bay for fiberglass, paint, and varnish application. We also manage a well-stocked parts room, which supports our service staff and allows our team to operate with the greatest degree of efficiency.

MECHANICAL
	Our two, full-time, fully-certified mechanics, service running gear, upgrade sanitation systems, update electrical systems, repower engines, and replace fuel systems, among other things. This crew?s exceptional skill has earned our yard the reputation of being ?the place to go?, especially for engine and bow thruster installations. To keep sharp and up-to-date, our crew members also attend manufacturer service schools and regularly participate in service seminars offered in-house. Our chief mechanic is a certified ABYC electrician.

REFINISHING
	Our finish department is capable of everything from structural fiberglass and cosmetic gelcoat repair, to yacht-quality paint and varnish application. Our crew is also licensed to apply bottom paint (considered a pesticide in NY) and is well-versed in buffing and waxing hulls and superstructures.

ELECTRICAL
	Our electrical service is provided by ABYC certified technicians. We offer everything from inverter and alternator installations, to battery bank hook ups, to complete diagnostic services.

CARPENTRY
	We have a very skilled, experienced carpentry department and truly enjoy a good woodworking challenge. Our work includes building custom hatches, installing teak and holly cabin soles, refitting toerails, and, uniquely, building kayaks and ice boats on occasion. Our carpentry department draws inspiration and experience from our General Manager, who began his career apprenticing as a wooden boatbuilder and has spent many years working on boats ranging from kayaks to America Cup Contenders.

RIGGING
	Our rigging department is staffed by seasoned sailors, passionate about their sport. Our crew not only offers basic services such as stepping and usnstepping masts, installing furling units, servicing winches, and modifying running rigging, but also offers complete mast surveys. Our rigging shop and mast storage shed is state of the art. Whether repairing a damaged keel, specking a new sailboat rig, modifying an interior, or expertly installing an engine, we provide top-quality service in every department.
