Directions by Sea
From Half way Rock (FI R 5s) head for Broad Sound. Leave Jewel Island well to port and Eagle Island to starboard. Follow Broad Sound, leaving Whaleboat Island and R N "6" to starboard. Pass between Moshier Island (on port) and French Island (on starboard). Leave Little Bustins Island to starboard and G C "1" to port. R "4" FI R 4s marks the entrance of the harbor. Leave it and Pound of Tea Island to starboard. Keep green cans close to port. Give Pound of Tea Island a wide berth to starboard. Green cans will lead you to an upriver heading. Split the mooring field in half by crossing the harbor on a diagonal. Direct your bow toward the large buildings on the far shore. Leave moored boats to both sides to ensure deep water. We monitor VHF channel 09.
