Located just off the Connecticut River, three miles north of Long Island Sound, Brewer Ferry Point Marina is an extremely secure "hurricane hole". Situated in a tight cove, the facility is protected from all wind directions. The marina features floating docks, equipped with power, water, and cable TV, and provides the personal and professional service one expects to find at a Brewer facility. Dock staff is available to assist with berthing, fueling, ice, and pumpouts and monitors channel 09 daily during the summer months. Special amenities include a pool, a small ship's store, and picnic groves and decks, complete with grills. The atmosphere is clean, quiet, and family-oriented.

Brewer Ferry Point Marina offers indoor and outdoor boat storage. Indoor storage is heated and fire protected and available to a limited number of boats, while outdoor storage is available to over 150 boats. During the winter, boat covers and jack stands are checked regularly by full-time staff. Power and water is available to all storage boats and work orders for maintenance, repairs, and refits are diligently undertaken so that boats are back on the water in a timely fashion.
