Floating docks provide electrical and water service for 110 slips, while 15 moorings provide privacy and comfort nearby. A full-time summer dock staff is also available to meet any conceivable waterfront need and, most importantly, stands ready to assist boaters in and out of slips, making arriving and departing easy.

When it’s time to put your boat to bed for the winter, Brewer South Freeport Marine offers the finest accommodations. Heated, indoor, fire-protected storage is available to more than 35 boats needing extra care and winter detailing services, while outdoor storage is available to over 200 boats whose owners require only basic storage and desire more self-service opportunities. Shrink wrapping services and traditional covering methods are also available.

Sailboat masts get spa-like treatment in a state-of-the-art, indoor, heated rig shop.  Padded, rack storage keeps rigs gently cradled and clear of harsh winter elements and allows for easy rigging service and inspection.

While at Brewer South Freeport Marine, boats are handled with care and respect. Jack stands are checked regularly to ensure that boats are properly supported all winter, batteries are placed on charging schedules and maintained while in storage, and work orders for maintenance, repairs, and refits are diligently undertaken so that boats are back on the water in time to take full advantage of the cruising season.
