Brewer Yacht Haven Marina is a full-service yacht yard with an excellent rigging department and a solid reputation for paint and diesel work. While we've long been known as a great winter storage location, we have more recently become known for providing top-notch services on site. Work, historically performed by sub-contractors, is now delivered in-house by our own highly qualified staff.

Our three industrial-sized buildings provide 25,000 sq. ft. of indoor storage space and provide ample work area for our 60-person staff. Workspace includes a rig shop, a carpentry shop, a paint shop, a fiberglass shop, an electrical shop, and a mechanical service shop. In addition, we lease work space to a machine shop, a sail loft, and two yacht brokerages. Our operation is supported by two travel lifts - a 60-ton lift and a 35-ton lift - giving us the ability to handle boats large and small. Our heavy equipment fleet includes a 35-ton hydraulic trailer with an aircraft tug, a 20-ton hydraulic trailer with an fifth wheel tractor, a 20-ton crane, a forklift with capacity up to 13,000 lb., a 60-foot boom lift, a 25-foot platform lift, a 28-foot steel tug, and a small fleet of workboats. This equipment allows us to move easily about our 14 acre property and efficiently handle approximately 2000 boats a year.

Our mechanical shop keeps a busy service schedule, tackling everything from basic maintenance to extensive repairs and refits. The vast knowledge and skill of our eleven-man crew has earned us an excellent service reputation. By updating certifications, our technicians remain on the cutting edge of the marine service industry, regularly attending service schools and in-house seminars. Our paint shop is widely recognized for top-quality finishes. Any yacht that passes through our paint shop is beautifully transformed.

Our staff is ABYC certified and capable of installing and servicing everything from inverters, to battery banks, to complete electronics packages. In addition to refits and reconfigurations, we are also fully versed in powering bow and stern thruster installations.
