Brewer Yacht Yard at Cowesett is a full-service boat yard and marina. While we are capable of addressing almost any marine repair or modification, we are best known for our mechanical work, structural fiberglass repair, and high quality paint finishes. We are also credited for being friendly and very customer service oriented. |

FACILITIES/EQUIPMENT |

Our buildings are carefully maintained and climate-controlled, allowing us to service boats year-round. With a 40-ton travel lift and jib crane, a 35-ton hydraulic trailer, a fork lift, and a mobile crane, we manage and care for over 400 yachts. |

MECHANICAL |
| |
Our four man mechanical team is very experienced and enjoys an excellent reputation. This fully-certified crew has demonstrated a strength for engine repowers, but is also well-versed in running gear service, sanitation systems upgrades, fuel system replacement, and bow thruster and windlass installations. In addition, this crew attends service schools and in-house seminars annually, thus staying up-to-date on ever evolving and increasingly complex marine technologies. |

REFINISHING |

Our finish department is recommended highly, even by local surveyors and insurance adjusters. For this reason, Brewer Yacht Yard at Cowesett has become the place to go, in the region, for major structural repairs and Awlgrip paint jobs. This crew is also fully capable of fabricating parts and molds, replacing bulkheads, and tackling any other project or challenge that comes our way. |

ELECTRICAL |

Our electrical service is provided by ABYC certified technicians. Whether we’re installing navigational packages, updating wiring systems, or supplying power to bow and stern thrusters, we always adhere to the highest industry standards. |

CARPENTRY |

Our talented, two man crew manages projects that include everything from teak deck installations to custom cabinetry built-ins. |

RIGGING |
| |
Our riggers offer a full spectrum of services, including cleaning and servicing winches, replacing lifelines and running rigging, rewiring masts, and dye testing shrouds. We also offer rack storage for masts in the off-season.
