At Brewer Stratford Marina, nearly 200 slips accommodate pleasure cruisers, recreational fishing boats, and all boats in between; from 20 foot runabouts to 100 foot yachts, secure berthing is provided for all. Power, water, fuel, pump out service, and cable TV are all available dockside. A full-time summer dock staff and a well-marked channel make arrival and departure easy. In port, the setting is scenic, thanks to a bird sanctuary located just across the river. Once alongside, the comforts of a five star marina beckon boaters ashore: a pool, a ship's store, a waterfront restaurant, and a laundromat are all within the confines of the marina. For peace of mind, a high-tech surveillance system and an electronic gate (that locks down after hours) provide additional security.

Off-season, Brewer Stratford Marina stores and services a total of 200 vessels. Indoor storage boats are housed in a modern, 13,000 sq. ft. building, completely sheltered from the winter elements. In this heated, fire-protected, well-lit space, boats are easily maintained and serviced. Outdoor storage boats are also carefully looked after throughout the winter months. Whether under cover on jack stands, or in wet storage, boats are inspected on a regular basis. Throughout the year, all storage boats remain under the watch and protection of a state-of-the art security surveillance system.
