The 265 protected slips at Brewer Cowesett are primarily floating concrete docks ranging from 25- to 60-feet with up to seven feet of depth alongside at low water. The entire dock system was replaced between 1995 and 2003. Our slips are equipped with shore power (both 30-amp / 120-volt and 50-amp / 240-volt), potable water, telephone service and wireless internet access. Several slips are reserved each year exclusively for use by our many transient visitors. In addition, Cowesett offers 18 moorings located between our facility and the adjacent Brewer Greenwich Bay Marina. No matter what your requirements, our friendly dock staff is always eager to help and can be reached on VHF channel 9.

Brewer Yacht Yard at Cowesett offers 13,000 square feet of heated and unheated indoor storage as well as over three acres of outdoor storage for vessels of all sizes. In addition, we pride ourselves as being one of the biggest wet storage facilities in the Northeast, with over 100 boats stored in the water last year. No matter whether you elect to store your boat in the water or on land with us, our staff will maintain a vigilant watch on your vessel to ensure that lines are tight, stands are secure and all boats are safe for the winter. We also provide full service mechanical, electrical, structural and rigging repairs and construction, with no project too big or too small.

Brewer Customer Club Cards entitle slip and storage customers to free and discounted transient dockage and discounted fuel at all Brewer Yacht Yard facilities.
