Meet the face behind the remarkable customer service in the South Yard at Pilots Point Marina.  Debby was raised in Westbrook, moved between Washington, New London, and Maine, with her three sons, while her husband was a submariner in the US Navy, and resettled in Old Lyme in the late eighties. Her choice to join the Pilots Point team at that point was a good day for Pilots Point. Manager Rives Potts says, “ Debby is one of those special people who wakes up with a smile on her face, makes everyone she meets during the day feel happy, and is always helpful. There isn’t a job that she won’t tackle and she does everything with a great attitude and absolute sincerity. Debby is definitely one of the most valuable members of our team."  Debby Willis has been operating the front desk, selling summer slips and answering the phones for over 16 years.  When she isn’t working to satisfy customers; Debby can be found on “H” dock enjoying the Brewer lifestyle on the back of her Sea Ray, “MST”.  Debby feels it is a testament of our dedication to our customers, when our employees participate in the yard atmosphere to ensure a continued level of satisfaction.  Besides her boat, Debby enjoys her 5 beautiful grandchildren and is looking forward to the addition of two more in the upcoming months.  Whether it is a simple question regarding a scheduled summer event or obtaining information about summer slips Debby can be your best resource.
