Brewer Transient Cancellation Policy

Transient Cancellation Policy:

All reservations* will require a deposit of one night’s stay at full transient rates.  To facilitate this process, reservations may be made at all locations via the Dockwa Reservation System (www.dockwa.com).

Non-Member Transients:

  • Non-Member Transient Guests may receive a full refund of their deposit if the reservation is cancelled more than 7 days in advance of the scheduled arrival date.
  • Non-Member Transient Guests forfeit 50% of one night’s stay at regular transient rates if the reservation is cancelled within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date.
  • Non-Member Transient Guests who fail to cancel their reservation will be charged for the full reserved stay at normal transient rates.

Member-Transients with Preferred Customer Cards (PCC):

  • Member Transient Guests must present their card at the time of arrival in order to receive the discount they are entitled to.  Member Transient without their cards will be charged regular transient rates for the full period of the reservation.
  • Member Transient Guests may receive a full refund of their deposit if they cancel at least 24 hours prior to their reserved stay (by 3pm the previous day).
  • Member Transient Guests who cancel within 24 hours of their reservation will be charged 50%of one night’s stay at regular transient rates.
  • Member Transient Guests who fail to cancel and do not show up for their reservation will be charged for the full reserved stay at normal transient rates.
  • PCC discounted stays are limited to one week maximum.

* Reservations for discounted nights using the Preferred Customer Card do not require a deposit but credit card information will be collected at the time of reservation.

Weather Policy: Cancellations due to weather will only be entitled to a full refund of the deposit if there is a NOAA Small Craft Advisory posted for the area in which the marina is located on the expected date of arrival.
