The two full service yards, known as the North and East yards, offer all the top-notch amenities a boater might need. Hosting giveaways, cook-offs and cookouts throughout the year provides a fun family atmosphere. We are also pet friendly. Slip sizes range from 20’ to 60’, accommodating both the enthusiastic fisherman and the recreational boater.

Service at Greenwich Bay is professional and friendly. Featuring two Marine Travelifts with capacities up to 35 tons and indoor work space and outdoor vessel storage, boats can be serviced or repaired regardless of the season. In addition, we work closely with our sister Safe Harbor locations to accommodate any service, repair or re-build project.

The North Yard is located at 252 Second Point Road and offers on-site gas and diesel, and a 24/7 self serve pumpout station.  On site we have a small restaurant and a canvas shop. Bluenose Yacht Sales is now located in the East Yard.

The East Yard is located at 125 Wharf Road (also near the Warwick Neck Area), and shares the amenities available at the North location. Both yards are five minutes from the T. F. Greene Airport and fifteen minutes from Providence.

About the Area

In 1642, Samuel Gorton founded Shawhommet, when Narragansett Indian Chief Sachem Miantonomi agreed to accept 144 fathoms of Wampumpeague for the state’s fourth settlement. However, the purchase was not without dispute, and after several years, in 1648, the 2nd Earl of Warwick finally granted a charter. The settlement was named ‘Warwick’ in his honor. Today, Warwick is Rhode Island’s second largest city. It’s natural beauty; historical significance and metropolitan climate attract visitors—by water and land. Sitting midpoint between Boston, Martha's Vineyard, Cape Cod, Hartford, and Newport, Warwick is positioned at the "Crossroads of Southern New England." T.F. Green Airport is a short drive from our yard and the nearby train station provides easy access to Boston & New York City. Warwick is home to the Warwick Arts Consortium & Warwick Museum, which are wonderful places to explore while visiting. Nearby Providence offers a wide variety of cultural, musical, touring and dining opportunities. The sheltered waters of Greenwich Bay are a great place for families to play and explore. An entire summer can be spent exploring Narragansett Bay, with the local attractions of Bristol, Potter’s Cove, Dutch Island, Allen’s Harbor, Wickford Cove and Mackerel Cove all within easy sailing distance. Some of the best cruising grounds in New England, including Newport, Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket, Cape Cod, the Elizabeth Islands, and Block Island, are all within easy access to Safe Harbor's Greenwich Bay Marina.
